Hong Kong Day 1 officially starts ✈️🇭🇰
This trip is actually my second Hong Kong trip for the year — my first visit was last January, and I honestly missed the city so much that I had to come back again ✨
For this trip, I flew from Clark International Airport to Hong Kong via Hong Kong Express and spent my first day exploring Tsim Sha Tsui, trying One Dim Sum, walking along Nathan Road, and ending the night with the beautiful Victoria Harbour skyline views.
If you’re planning your own Hong Kong trip, this itinerary can help you with:
- airport transportation
- hotel location ideas
- food recommendations
- things to do on your first day in Hong Kong

The flight to Hong Kong was smooth, and seeing the skyline from above already felt exciting ✨

Arrival at Hong Kong International Airport
After arriving at Hong Kong International Airport, I passed immigration, claimed my luggage, and explored the airport for a bit.
I also spotted the giant cat display inside the airport which was too cute not to film 🐱

Airport Express to the City
One of the easiest ways to reach the city from the airport is through the Airport Express.
Fast, convenient, and tourist-friendly.

Hotel Check-In at Hotel Hart
For this trip, I stayed at Hotel Hart.
The location was super convenient because it’s close to:
- MTR stations
- restaurants
- Nathan Road
- Victoria Harbour promenade

First Meal at One Dim Sum
My first meal in Hong Kong was at One Dim Sum which was just beside the hotel.
Everything tasted so comforting after traveling 🤍

Nathan Road & Victoria Harbour Night Walk
After letting the rain pass, I walked through Nathan Road towards Victoria Harbour.
Seeing the Hong Kong skyline at night honestly never gets old ✨

Passing By K11 MUSEA
Before ending the night, I also passed by K11 MUSEA which is located near Victoria Harbour.
Even from the outside, the mall already looked very aesthetic and luxurious ✨

Ending the Night with Egg Waffles
To end Day 1, I grabbed a chocolate egg waffle before heading back to the hotel 🍫🧇
A perfect late-night snack after walking around Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Day 1 was filled with:
- airport adventures
- good food
- skyline views
- rainy night walks
- and small moments exploring the city again ✨
And this is only the beginning of the trip 🇭🇰
